Secondly your mattress can be the problem. Experts recommend putting a pillow between the legs which can help support the hips and lower back and prevent rolling over.
Try sleeping on your back or if you re a side sleeper sleep. Too hard or too soft mattress can aggravate the pressure points causing hip pain.
